Description

Carlsberg BA app is for their internal team, Mainly for their brand ambassador. This app lets the brand ambassador’s to check for stock in the bar they visit. Able to show product catalog to the customers in the bar, take orders, and award users with points by getting their phone number and registering them to a loyalty system where we can reward them with Carlsberg merchandise. The supervisor will use the admin dashboard to create a roster for the team and manage their sales and performance

User research

The end-users for this application are Carlsberg’s brand ambassadors who are girls who go around bars and restaurants to sell Carlsberg products and do stock checking of their products. Currently, they are doing manually. The next users are the supervisors who have a set of 10 brand ambassadors each and manages them by giving them training and doing rostering for them. The problem they face now is that everything is manual and maintaining it is very tedious.

Below is the booklet they use to get stocks checking and note down their daily sales as they get paid depends on the number of products they have sold each day. This is very time consuming for them and very hard to maintain a record of all the brand ambassadors notes. This book is submitted to the supervisor for further checking and doing incentive.

Solution

We designed an application that replaces their manual way and also adds extra features such as training and incentive systems where brand ambassadors can see their daily target through the app. We added a daily roster and to-do lists. The to-do list is basically a list of thing brand ambassadors has to do in that specific day. The roster will let them know the next bar/restaurant they have to visit. Top of that, the brand ambassadors can show a digital product catalog and current promotions without wearing the tag and also register users to a loyalty system where users get points for spending money on Carlsberg products. For supervisors, we created an app and a dashboard to do rostering easily by drag and dropping the users to outlets and can easily create a to-do list for each brand ambassador. The supervisors can also see each of his teams progress on selling and promoting an items.
