Hey, I’m Ajay. I specialize in visual design with a strong knowledge of user experience, graphic design, and animation. Good with website development mainly wordpress. I have 3 years of experience and have completed 20+ projects with notable clients such as Carlsberg, MRT Corp, Grab and Chatime.
I love shapes, colors & typography as they are the basic atoms that create the molecules and organisms of a design.

Who am i?
Born in India, did my BSc(Hons) Computing degree at Segi University, Kuala Lumpur. Outside my full-time job, I do freelance projects to create visually pleasing and user-centric projects.
I create visual languages for websites, apps & digital and love problem-solving and create products which are the combination of user experience, business strategy, brand value, and user satisfaction.

Empathise
Understanding client requirements and the problems they are facing currently and do research and surveys about targeted users and get their needs and pain points and last do market research to understand other competitors.
Define
From the data collected from empathise stage we can analyze the observations and define the core problems which we need to fix and at this stage, we will gather ideas, features, and functions to solve the problem by asking ourselves “How might we”
Design
Sketching of wireframes starts based on the ideas from defining stage and after we get solutions for the problems we can now create prototypes from the wireframes which stimulate the end product for the users and clients to get first set of feedbacks.
User Testing
Final and most important step of the design process where the final prototype has to be tested with users and clients to get valuable results and do alterations and refinements if its necessary to make sure the end product is user centric.

The dashboard helps the client to book billboards for the clients. In the dashboard, you can add all the digital and static billboards in Malaysia. There is a very comprehensive campaign creation where the client can billboards through a map and create a campaign which is a multi-step process.

Carlsberg app is for their brand ambassadors. This app lets the brand ambassador’s to check for stock in the bar they visit. Able to show product catalog to the customers in the bar, take orders and award customers.

Why star ratings don’t make sense for all product & services
Star rating system is being used in most of the products & services we use today. Users who have extreme experiences (either very bad or very good) are more likely to leave rating & review than users who have average experiences, thus creating selection biases.
